Return & Refund Policy

At Praline Café & Patisserie, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. As all our items are handmade and made-to-order, we kindly ask that you review the following return and refund policy:
 
1. Perishable Goods (Cakes, Pastries, Breads & Other Baked Items)
2. Custom & Special Orders (e.g. celebration cakes, catering orders)

For all custom or pre-ordered items:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery may receive a 50% refund or store credit.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your custom order as agreed, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative solution.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the product has left the store or has been delivered. If there is a problem with your order (e.g. incorrect item, damaged or spoiled product upon receipt), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling us directly or emailing us at pralinepatisserie6153@gmail.com. Please provide your receipt and, if possible, photos of the product.
 

We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, offer either: A replacement of the product, A store credit, A refund (only where appropriate and agreed upon).

3. Non-Perishable Items (e.g. merchandise, packaged goods)

Returns of non-perishable retail items are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. No refunds are given for gift cards or discounted sale items.

While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions if proper notice was not provided.
